Daily home office use of 12 months has resulted in the leather cracking and splitting in multiple places. Bottom seat cushion pad provides very little support now. Worst part is that the leather is covered by the manufacturer warranty; however, they have refused to honor. Reason: the chair was manufactured in their China facility not their US facility. Nowhere is this mentioned as reason their own warranty is void. Beware...When the chair arrived there was a small piece that was supposed to go over the shaft. It was broke, very cheap plastic, I thought it was part of the packing, until I started putting ot together. The piece was decorative, I assume because not having it on the chair did not effect the chair at all. Other than that, the product is great!Do NOT waste your time and money! This chair was most definitely returned already by quite a few buyers as the box is sagesting. Absolutely unacceptable! The ONLY good thing is - the AMAZON RETURN POLICY AND FREE UPS PICK UP as the item is very heavy and bulky.The chair looks good but not comfortable. The sit definitely does not provide adequate cushion and support. I weigh 180 lbs, sitting on this chair makes me feel like sitting on a hard surface. Not for long-hour working.Great fit for our need. We purchased these for an executive conference room and they have gone over really well.
